Treat yourself to a break from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Taking care of yourself is one of the most beautiful gifts you can give yourself.

1. SENSUAL ATMOSPHERE

Create an environment in which you feel particularly comfortable. To do this, ignite a SCENTED CANDLE for an all-round atmospheric and effective aroma experience.

Next, get everything you need ready. Warm up your towels and bathrobe. Pour yourself a glass of water or make yourself a hot cup of tea - and you can start your wellness program right away!

2. RELAXING BATH

Start with a comfortably warm bath. The water temperature should be around 37 degrees Celsius so that the skin is not stressed too much. If you don't have a bathtub, we recommend a long shower or a foot bath to relax.

Depending on the mood you want to achieve, you can choose between two fragrances:

LEMONGRASS/ CYPRESS/ PEPPER/ GERANIUM/ THYME: a stimulating fragrance that invigorates the senses and helps to stay focused.

LAVENDER/ ATLAS CEDAR/ PATCHOULI/ FRANKINCENSE: unique, powdery-light lavender note calms body and mind.


3. FACE AND BODY PEELING

Gentle peeling is required at regular intervals for skin that is cleansed down to the pores and radiant. The fine-grain, based on vegetable abrasives SMOOTHING FACIAL PEELING naturally removes dead skin cells without irritating the skin.

Enriched with white clay, the peeling ensures clear skin and a smooth complexion. To do this, apply to both the face and body and massage in in gentle circular movements.


4. FACE MASKS FOR ALL SKIN TYPES

Now take a shower and wrap yourself in the preheated towels and/or bathrobe. Since the skin is still warm from the bath and the pores are open from the steam, now is the ideal time for a face mask. 

ENZYME GLOW MASK pore-refining & smoothing mask for tired, pallid and mature skin.
PURIFYING KAOLIN MASK clarifying & deep-cleansing mask for blemish-prone skin.
PREBIOTIC MOISTURIZING MASK for dehydrated and mature skin.

During the exposure time (10-15 minutes) turn on your favorite music and try to let go of all thoughts.

5. NOURISHING MASSAGE

Last but not least, the skin needs to be nourished and hydrated. Simple gestures become rituals of mindfulness if you take enough time to gently apply lotion or extensive care with a massage.

To do this, massage DEEP NOURISH BODY & MASSAGE CREAM or  BODY & MASSAGE OIL into the skin with circular movements and light pressure. The pleasant fragrance helps to escape from reality and transforms the daily care ritual into a holistic experience.
